By accessing and using this website (the “Site”), you accept the following terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions may be updated and/or modified at any time by PROvizion Automation LLC (“PROvizion Automation LLC”), in its sole discretion, without prior notice to users.

6. Declaration stating that the information submitted to PROvizion Automation LLC is accurate and, in the knowledge that criminal penalties will be incurred in the event of false declarations, that they are in possession of authorization to act on behalf of the holder of the infringed right(s);
7. Signature, real or electronic, of the person authorized to act on behalf of the right holder.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
Without prejudice to any other rights that users benefit from by virtue of other national or international laws, these terms of use are subject to and will be construed in accordance with USA laws. In case of any dispute over the existence, validity and enforceability of these terms of use, the court of New Mexico (USA) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
